What Is Life Coaching?
Life coaches are not agony aunts; we are not here to give advice – we are focused on creating a framework, based upon the client’s fears, beliefs and motivations. This approach allows the individual to examine different aspects of life by encouraging you to take a closer look at your life. A life coach helps you examine your path and progress towards your goals and aspirations.

Everyone can benefit from a life coaching programme run by a qualified professional. We all have different needs, goals and challenges in life, so talking through them and coming up with realistic action plans can help us to achieve what we want and ultimately live a healthier, happier life.

What structure do life coaching sessions take?
During weekly, 60 minute sessions, we’ll focus on:
- Understanding the difference between counselling and life coaching
- Identifying your core values and working on limited beliefs
- T-GROW Session to asses Topic, Goal, Reality, Options and ‘will-do’ attitude
- Introducing life goals using the SMART framework
